Q. How does the site work?
A. You can browse the site or use our search engine to find your desired products. You can then add them to your cart and checkout. You let us know your address and necessary information and you are done. We will then deliver your order right to your home or office.

Q. How much does delivery cost?
A. The delivery cost is BDT 80 (Inside Dhaka Metro) and BDT 150 (Outside Dhaka).

Q. How long do the deliveries take?
A. It takes 3 working days to deliver inside Dhaka Metro & 5 working days for whole Bangladesh. If there is some inconvenient and product is out of stock the delivery might take some more time or might get cancelled by ENMBD DOT COM.

Q. What are your delivery hours?
A. We deliver from 12PM to 10PM every day. You can choose from available slots to find something that is convenient to you.

Q. How do I pay?
A. We accept cash on delivery and we also accept Online Credit/Debit Card and Online Mobile banking service. We are partnered with SSLCOMMERZ.

A. We are currently serving all over Bangladesh.
